Treating everything as bendable beams, if you had a single force in the direction of 110 on node 10000, then you'd definitely have a registered deflection in 112 and 116 (and therefore forces) with (minimal) force on 114. My FEA book is back in the office, so I'd have to look at that in the morning. As 0-force truss members, you wouldn't measure deflection for determining forces, or recalculate based upon deflection.
